01 About these Terms

Varafai is developed and operated by FAIZGEN LLC, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Tirs Labs is the developer brand under which FAIZGEN LLC publishes digital products, including Varafai. Tirs is the umbrella brand and website for Tirs Labs products. By using a Tirs product, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific notices shown in the Service.

02 Services

Tirs develops digital products, including Varafai. Features may change over time as we improve security, reliability, and functionality.

03 Security-result limitations

Varafai provides automated security and risk assessments to help you evaluate links, QR codes, files, senders, and other destinations. These results are informational and intended to support your own decision-making; no automated tool can guarantee that any URL, website, QR code, file, sender, or transaction is completely safe or malicious, and false positives and false negatives are possible. You should exercise additional caution before entering credentials, making payments, downloading files, or sharing sensitive information, regardless of the result shown.

04 User responsibilities

You remain responsible for the decisions you make after receiving a result from the Service, including whether to proceed, share information, or make a payment. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for using the Service in accordance with these Terms.

05 Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and supported sign-in methods.

06 Acceptable use

You may not abuse the scanning API or Service, scrape or extract data from the Service at scale, reverse engineer the Service, resell scan results, or submit content for an unlawful purpose.

07 Subscriptions

Varafai may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store. The subscription duration and current localized price are shown in the app before purchase. Unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription rules, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account subscription settings. Purchase restoration is supported where applicable, in line with Apple's guidelines. Billing and refund administration for App Store purchases is handled by Apple, subject to Apple's applicable policies and applicable law.

08 Refunds

For purchases made through Apple's App Store, billing and refund requests are administered by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies and applicable law. Tirs does not process App Store payments directly and does not independently control Apple's refund decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

09 Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

10 Third-party service providers

We work with carefully selected service providers that support functions such as authentication, hosting and infrastructure, threat-intelligence and security analysis used to generate scan results, and subscription and payment processing through Apple's App Store. We disclose to each provider only the information reasonably necessary for it to perform that function, and these providers are expected to apply appropriate privacy and security safeguards. 11 Intellectual property

Tirs products, branding, software, interfaces, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

12 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tirs' liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to what is reasonably foreseeable and necessary in the circumstances. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct by Tirs, or to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13 Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or attempts to limit any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit, including any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tirs harmless against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably suspect abuse of the Service.

16 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

17 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our products and legal obligations change. Where a change is material, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice — through an in-app notice or email — before it takes effect.

18 Minors

If you are a minor under applicable law, you should use the Service only with the consent or authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.

19 General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tirs regarding the Service. Tirs is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
